14 Scaffolding provides domestic, commercial, industrial, and specialist scaffolding services subject to site inspection, project requirements, and availability. All quotations are provided in good faith and may be subject to change following further assessment, changes in project scope, material costs, or unforeseen site conditions.
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe, clear, and lawful access to the site at all times. Any delays, additional labour, or costs arising from restricted access, unsafe environments, or inaccurate project details may result in additional charges.
All scaffolding installations are completed in accordance with current UK health and safety legislation and recognised industry standards. Clients and third parties must not alter, remove, misuse, or interfere with any scaffolding structure without prior written consent from our team.
Project schedules and completion times may be affected by adverse weather conditions, supplier delays, restricted access, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 14 Scaffolding shall not be held responsible for delays caused by such events.
Any cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to the agreed project commencement date. We reserve the right to recover reasonable costs for scheduled labour, transport, materials, or any work already undertaken.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services following any updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
